The Board of Directors\u2019 Report, the Auditor\u2019s Report and the Financial Statements for the fiscal year ending 31\/12\/2016 were approved and the members of the Board of Directors were informed. The members of the General Assembly were also informed about the Company\u2019s investments for the year 2016 and the company\u2019s investment portfolio within local and international companies were presented.
