On Thursday, July 20, 2023, Riyadh Valley Company held its thirteenth ordinary general assembly in the Majlis Aljameah Hall at King Saud University. In the presence of the vice president of the University and vice chairman of Riyadh Valley Company Board, and other of the assembly members.<\/p>\n

During the meeting, the Board of Directors’ report, the auditor’s report, and the financial statements were approved, the Board of Directors’ members were discharged of liability, and the profits were distributed. The members also briefed on RVC\u2019s venture investments portfolio of local and international startups, and its strategic investments undertaken in partnership with the private sector within build-operate-transfer (BOT) contract.<\/p>\n
