Riyadh Valley Company, the investment arm of King Saud University, conducted a workshop titled “Introduction to Venture Capital Funds.“ Which was held at the headquarter office of the Riyadh Valley Company, and in the presence of members from the investment club at King Saud University, on May 2, 2023.
The workshop mainly focused on the major concepts of venture capital funds through several models, including: The definitions of venture capital fund, its life cycle, structure, and the common method of its process, additionally to other related subjects.
The implementation of the workshop stems from the partnership between the Riyadh Valley Company and the scientific community to achieve permanent cooperation to support initiatives of knowledge enrichment, As this is in accordance with the Riyadh Valley Company’s purposes to effectively contribute in developing and preparing university students to work in the private sector through training during the academic stage.
