Riyadh Valley Company held its seventh ordinary general assembly in the Ceremony Hall at King Saud University in the presence of His Excellency the Rector of the University and Chairman of Riyadh Valley Company board and the rest of the Association members. The Board of Directors’ Report, the Auditor’s Report and the Financial Statements for the fiscal year ending 31/12/2016 were approved and the members of the Board of Directors were informed. The members of the General Assembly were also informed about the Company’s investments for the year 2016 and the company’s investment portfolio within local and international companies were presented. The members of the General Assembly were also briefed on real estate projects undertaken in partnership with the private sector within build-operate-transfer (BOT) contract.
At the end of the meeting, His Excellency the Rector of the University and Chairman of Riyadh Valley Company board Dr. Badran Al Omar thanked the members of the association for attending the meeting.
