As part of the efforts exercised by Riyadh Valley Company (RVC) to create an attractive and stimulating work environment for its employees to invest, maintain and retain on them, RVC has prepared a training plan for its employees aiming at developing the skills, expertise and abilities to perform their functions. RVC have already started a group training session for its employees at the company’s headquarters entitled with “Planning Skills and Action Plans”. The company will continue this year to provide more courses in several fields that contribute to improve and develop the capabilities and skills of its employees.
