The fourth ordinary general assembly meeting took place in the Honors Hall at King Saud University in the presence of his excellency the rector of the University and chairman of the board of the company, Dr. Badran Al Omar. During the meeting, the board’s report was approved, in addition to the auditor’s report, and the financial statements for the fiscal year ending 31/12/2013. At the end of the meeting, his excellency the rector of the University and chairman of the board of the company thanked the members of the general assembly for attending the meeting.
