His Excellency the President of King Saud University, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Riyadh Valley Company, Prof. Dr. Badran bin Abdul Rahman Al-Omar, accompanied by Their Excellencies the Vice Rectors and His Excellency the Executive Director General of the University Medical City, visited the project (Qasr Al-Arid) One of the investments of Riyadh Valley Real Estate Company with the participation of His Excellency the Executive Director General of the University Medical City
During the visit, in which he was accompanied by the CEO of the Riyadh Valley Company, Dr. Khalid bin Saad Al-Saleh, His Excellency was briefed on the contents of the project, what had been accomplished during the previous period, and the objectives for the next phase. They were received by the CEO of Al-Arid Hotel Company, Mr. Nayef bin Abdullah Al-Muqrin.
The project (Al-Arid Palace) is notable by its placement within King Saud University and its size of about 30,000 square meters. The project includes a banquet hall, a conference hall, a hall for business workshops and meetings, a sports club for women, and administrative offices. The Al-Arid Palace project is one of Wadi Company’s ventures. Riyadh Real Estate, which strives to establish an attractive environment for university personnel by partnering with the business sector and attracting the most notable real estate developers from a variety of industries.
