His Excellency the chairman of RVC and rector of KSU University has inaugurated the MENA VC and PE summit which was held at Burj Rafal Kempinsky hotel. The ceremony began with a recetation of the holy Quran. The Chairman afterward gave his speech, in which he thanked the attendees and about knowledge based economies, and how knowledge can be utilized to create wealth and economic prosperity, and better lives for individuals. He said that some countries that lack natural resources are head to head with some countries that are rich in resources after they focused on investing in knowledge and the human mind. The rector emphasized that the success of this conference is tied to the quality of the attending speakers, and that RVC hand picked the speakers who ranged from local to international executives and experts, working in or around investment organizations.
