Riyadh Valley Company sponsored the Scientific Research seminar as a strategic partner at the College of Architecture and Planning at King Saud University. The seminar was held over two days, from January 15 to 16, 2024.
The seminar aims to promote scientific research in the fields of architecture and planning and encourage researchers and graduate students to produce qualitative research that serves the context of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030. During the seminar, a number of discussions were reviewed, including the urban identity of cities, the suitability of the urban environment for human beings, sustainability in neighborhoods, planning and sustainable development, urban sustainability, as well as an exhibition of urban projects.
The sponsorship of the Scientific Research seminar comes from the partnership between Riyadh Valley Company and the scientific community to achieve ongoing cooperation in supporting knowledge-enriching initiatives, which falls within the objectives of Riyadh Valley Company to contribute to providing investment opportunities in scientific research and development for faculty members, attracting competencies from scientists and consultants, also preparing university students to work in the private sector through training and qualification during the academic stage.
